Meagan has been a real estate agent for the last 20 years. She assembled a team of partners when realizing our community needed a one-stop-shop for realty needs.  As General Contractors, we can also help prepare your home for the maximum equity return if you want to sell, or advise buyers on improvements they might need and/or want.

Clay holds a business degree from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from Pepperdine University. Clay is also a certified project manager by the Project Management Institute (PMI). He is a veteran and served with the US Army 101st Infantry. He has a passion for Real Estate, development of home and office structures, and is a third generation builder, general contractor, and Realtor.

  Kevin is our financial wizard. He manages our books and pre-qualifies our customers with the best mortgage rates, construction loans, or making the most out of their assets.  He is also responsible for sub-contractor and customer progress payments, invoices, and accounting systems.
